Booking a taxi is really easy: you only have to call

In order to book properly, we recommend you to call the day before giving this information

1. Name and surname
2. Complete address
3. Telephone numbers (always reachable)
4. Date of the booking giving day and hour (example: “I need a taxi on 25th September at 6.15 a.m. / p.m.”
   Avoid saying: “I need a taxi tomorrow morning, or the day after tomorrow” or even “I need a taxi tomorrow night”.
5. Destination
6. How many people will be carried
7. Wait for the telephone operator’s confirmation
8. Be on time
9. If you do not see the taxi after 5 minutes from the planned time, call right away (an unexpected event can happen both to you and to the taxi driver)
